Quality cuisine depends above all on good ingredients. To achieve this, Nga favours local producers, mainly organic. As for products from further afield, she is just as demanding: the mushrooms for her egg rolls are tasty and fragrant, the rice cakes come from North Vietnam, where they are thinner and lighter, and the mozzarella is carefully selected and delivered directly from a supplier in Piedmont.
After selecting the best ingredients, Nga prepares the dishes, whether Asian, French or Italian, always striving for excellence to satisfy your taste buds !
His training at the Ecole des Métiers de la Pizza enables him to offer doughs that need to be matured for 72 hours, making the pizzas highly digestible, light and crispy. What’s more, his courses at the Valrhona school have honed his pastry-making skills, enabling the restaurant to offer genuine homemade desserts as well as ice creams from a Master Artisan Glacier (41 flavours!).
It is above all thanks to her many years of experience and practice in traditional French and Vietnamese cuisine that Nga uses her talents with her whole team to offer you memorable culinary experiences during your holidays !
