The wild landscapes of the high Alpes will delight you. Provencal hikes around Sisteron or alpin hikes in the Devoluy mountains, the diversity of nature is exceptional.
Campsite les Rives du Lac offers more than 300 sunny days a year, so you can enjoy the preserved environment of the Provence beneath a blue, pure sky.
At your return on the campsite, it’s time to relax in the indoor heated swimming pool or jacuzzi!
Also, mountain leaders will propose you to hike together in order to share the passion for the mountains.

Campsite les Rives du Lac, in collaboration with mountain specialists, proposes you guided hikes, during which you can share authentic moments.

Chamois observation, sunset walks, the mountain specialists will have you discover the southers Alps in a different way: the pastoralism, the flora and fauna.

Start from a farm producing it’s own bread, take care of donkeys that guide you to a sheepfold where you can do some cheese tasting!

Discover a lavender distillery before going on a search for fossils in the wild and preserved aria of the southern Alps!

Family hike in the high alps

Starting from the campsite, you will find rather easy hikes, that can be done even with smaller children. As such, the circuit of les Eygaux, with its funny sports park can be a beautiful challenge for the small ones. Furthermore, this hike offers a splendid view on the valley, the lake, and the mountains surrounding.

Great athletes can climb the Pic de Bure at more than 2700m, the Oule mountain that dominates the campsite, or the very wild plateau of Céüze. The choice is varied!
